The Guild: Emberfall — Android app, package com.mythloom.theguild, and the iOS app of the same name · Developer: MiamiJambo · Last updated: July 2026
This privacy policy applies to the game The Guild: Emberfall — published on Google Play as the Android app with package name com.mythloom.theguild, and on the Apple App Store as the iOS app of the same name — by the developer MiamiJambo. Contact: mjambogames@gmail.com.
The Guild: Emberfall is an independent single-player management RPG: you run an adventurers' guild, accept contracts, train and equip heroes, and hold the realm against dungeon outbreaks.
None. The game collects no personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do in the game is reported back to us.
Your saved guilds, adventurers, settings, audio preferences, and cosmetic unlocks are stored locally on your device (in the app's own storage). We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. The in-game save export feature produces a text file that you control and choose where to send — nothing is uploaded by the game.
The game offers optional purchases, including the Guild Charter unlock and cosmetic portrait style packs. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing on Android and by Apple's App Store on iOS. We never see or store your payment details, billing address, or store account.
To confirm and restore purchases, the app uses the RevenueCat SDK. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, the store's purchase receipt, and basic technical information such as device model, operating system version and IP address. That identifier is not linked to your name, email, or store account, and it is used only to check whether this device owns the purchase. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
The Android app declares only the INTERNET permission, and uses it solely for the purchase validation described in section 4. All game content — art, music, and sound — ships inside the app. There are no other network requests, no content downloads, and no server we operate. The game is fully playable offline.
We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect any. The only third parties involved are the platform payment services (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store) and RevenueCat, all described in section 4. Since all game data is stored locally, uninstalling the app deletes it. If you would like a purchase record removed, email us and we will pass the request to RevenueCat.
The game is suitable for a general audience and collects no data from anyone, including children. There is no advertising, no chat, and no user-generated content shared between players.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
